After the confirmation of selected products and country, enter your personal data into the provided form. - Payment:
Having successfully completed the form, select the payment method: bank transfer or PayPal. - Order confirmation:
After completing your purchase, you will receive an e-mail with purchase details – contract.
The contract may be drawn up in English.
Cancelation and Return Policy
We want you to be as happy with your purchase as we are providing you with our service!
If you would like to return your product for any reason, please see below:
1. Return for change of mind: The customer has the right to cancel the contract for any reason before the video analysis is delivered to them. The notice shall be submitted to the e-mail address nikiforovadance@google.com. The submitted notice shall be considered valid if submitted or e-mailed before the analysis is delivered.
2. Returns for faulty goods: If the video analysis is not to your standards and you are not satisfied, we may offer a new one or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. We will do this within reasonable time, at no additional cost to you and without causing any significant inconvenience.
For this option, please email us within 7 days to receive a confirmation, along with proof of purchase and a description of the fault.
All returns must be authorised via email.
If all conditions are met, the payment will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than in 15 days of cancellation notice receipt.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is usualy 3-5 business days. In exceptional circumstances, when the demand for the product is too high the delivery time is up to 10 days. In case of longer delivery periods you will be informed about the time of delivery by e-mail or telephone.
Customers Computer Equipment and Web Site Use
